Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For delivery within India, we use a ground-based courier service. Shipping within India can take up to 7 to 10 working days. Our delivery partners will bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, you can report the issue to Customer Support Team on 9022039022 or you can write us on support@esotico.net.in

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent on your registered mobile number. Order status will be updated 24 hours after order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges Rs. 50 applicable on all the orders below Rs. 499.

No COD only prepaid orders

For order cancellation or modification, please raise the request by emailing us at support@esotico.net.in from your registered email ID. The request must be placed within 12 hours of placing the order.

Order cancelation, modification cannot be done once the order is dispatched.
