6. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Esotico Cosmetic Care Private. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it in accordance with the following return policy:

Eligibility: Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return. Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. These items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. In case of case of defects, missing or wrong product An unboxing video / images must be mandatorily shot and submitted, along with the original packaging in case of missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product.

Timeframe for Return: You may initiate a return of only damaged, defective or wrong products within [7] days of receiving the product. After this period, we are unable to accept returns. You may only return received by you. Return / Replacement request must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.

They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

Return Shipping / COD: Shipping & COD is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed packages and refused packages. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

Refund Process: Inspection->No. The refund can only be availed on the return of damaged or defective products. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned hereinabove. If the product does not meet the criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Refund Method: If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified. The refund amount will exclude the shipping cost.

Please Note: We initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment method you chose for the transaction or through cheque (only in cases where the debit/credit card used by the customer while placing the order is not in use).

Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through a cheque.

NOTE: In case the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction has failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
